Full-stack engineer from Warsaw. I like owning a product from the first sketch to the production dashboard.
I have been building software commercially since 2018: from Salesforce and JavaScript, through React Native apps and a global AgTech platform at Bayer, to a US fintech MVP and a Web3 platform where I led a team of four. Today I work on AXA’s insurance platform, where I build Python services and LLM features.
In parallel I build DevJourney, my own desktop app for learning C# and .NET. I designed, wrote and run all of it: the Rust core, the React interface, the licensing service and the payments.
I studied Communication Management in Germany, which still shapes how I work with people: clear writing, short feedback loops, no surprises.
Outside work: Linux and learning new things.
How I work
- End to end
- I take features from architecture to production and stay around for the monitoring.
- Typed contracts
- TypeScript and typed APIs between frontend and backend, so mistakes fail at build time.
- AI as a tool
- I work hand in hand with coding agents and build LLM features where they solve a real problem.
- Small steps
- Short iterations, frequent releases, and tests where they pay off.

- Building AI features and Python services for AXA at Pragmile.
- Growing DevJourney and preparing its SQL edition.
- Writing about what I learn along the way.
